Phoenix Fine Design ships all packages via Canada Post every Monday and ships to the address on your PayPal account (or address entered if done without an account) If you wish for your purchase to be shipped to a different address please let me know and I will be sure to send to the address you provide.

Through Canada Post tracking numbers and insurance are only available through more expensive shipping options. If you are international (outside of Canada) there is an option on the shopping cart page to add tracking to your order.

Each item is packed with care and love and should arrive safe and sound to its new home, however, accidents can happen and Phoenix Fine Design is not responsible for any damaged items or items lost in transit. Increasing your shipping cost to include a tracking number and/or insurance will help minimize this risk.

Prices do not include taxes or any other expenses. I only charge for the product and the shipping fee. If duty taxes, a VAT or any other taxes/fees occur it is not the responsibility of Phoenix Fine Design to pay them.

Most countries require the buyer to pay taxes or duties on imported items. Each country will have its own rules and regulations. It is not possible for me to research the ins and outs of each country and thus it is up to the buyer to obtain this information before placing an order. It is the responsibility of the buyer alone to pay customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties or any other additional fees associated with the purchase or shipping of your order to your respective country should they occur.

Phoenix Fine Design is not responsible for any lost packages. For more secure shipping please select the option to add tracking to your package.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please ensure an accurate measurement is given when placing custom orders and also ensure the length of a read to ship item will fit when purchasing. If you would like a ready to ship item in a different length please contact us via the contact page and I will be more than happy to adjust it for a small fee. My preferred method is to use a string and wrap it around the wrist just before the wrist bone. Hold the string at the desired length and lay on or beside a ruler.

Phoenix Fine Design does not accept returns but will respectfully work with you if the following occur:

* Should an item be the wrong size due to an error on my part, please message me and I will gladly re-size it for free. If the wrong size was given upon order placement, the item can be re-sized for a small fee plus shipping costs.
